Project Terra Luce - 1BHK Bachelor Pad

A quiet family home organised around a central courtyard, where every room borrows light from the one beside it. We stripped the plan back to a simple loop, so that daylight moves through the house across the day and no space is ever fully closed off. Materials are few and warm — lime plaster, seasoned teak, unpolished stone — chosen to age gently and to feel lived-in from the first week.
