Project Aurum - 3BHK Modern Luxury

A six-room retreat folded into a working coffee estate, where each room looks out at a different slope of the hill. We kept the buildings low and dark so they disappear into the canopy, then made the interiors warm and bright by contrast. Local stone, cane, and estate-grown timber carry through every room, tying the retreat to the land it sits on.
